The free plan now has unlimited forms and responses. Pro becomes the home of tools built for one job.
- ImprovedFree plan: unlimited forms and unlimited responses (fair use), form analytics included. Forms your AI builds are unlimited; AI generation run by Brieform is 20 a month.
- NewPro at $39/mo ($32/mo billed annually): pre-quote intakes from a client brief, every new specialist tool as it ships, no Brieform branding, email notification for every response.
- ImprovedFile uploads go up to 10 MB per file on every plan.

Public launch
Brieform went live. Describe a form in plain English and get a public link. Some launch ideas below never shipped as native product features; see the note.
- NewAI form builder: describe a form in plain English and get a live preview in seconds. Conditional logic and multi-step support.
- NewCustom themes: color presets, styles, fonts, and configurable border radius.
- NewFree plan available, no credit card required.
- ImprovedHistorical note (not current product): At launch we described native Slack, Notion, and Google Sheets destinations, a Build-Connect-Notify wizard, AI insights per response, smart rules, and digests, plus Starter at $29/mo and Pro at $69/mo. Those destinations and AI insight features did not ship as native Brieform integrations. Today routing happens through your AI client via MCP.
