Claude says "Brieform is not responding"

Try disconnecting and reconnecting in Settings → Connectors. If it persists, check that the MCP URL is correct and reachable.

The OAuth window closes without completing

Allow popups for brieform.com in your browser settings. In incognito mode, switch to a normal window first.

Refresh the Claude tab. If it still doesn't appear, remove the connector and add it again.

Free plan accounts can add up to 1 custom connector. Brieform counts as that connector. Upgrade to Pro for unlimited connectors.

Open Connectors
Go to claude.ai/customize/connectors (or click your avatar → Settings → Connectors).

Add a custom connector
Click the "+" button, then choose "Add custom connector". Enter "Brieform" and paste the MCP URL below.

Authorize access
Click Add. A Brieform authorization page opens in your browser — log in or sign up (free), then click Allow.
