Yes. A progress bar is shown on every multi-step form by default. It updates as the respondent moves between steps.
Can I use conditional logic across steps?
Yes. A condition set on step 1 can show or hide a field on step 3. Conditional logic works across the full form regardless of how many steps there are.
Can respondents go back to a previous step?
Yes. The back navigation is included by default. Respondents can return to any previous step to change their answers before submitting.
Is there a limit on the number of steps?
No hard limit. In practice, 2-5 steps cover the majority of intake forms, surveys, and applications. Very long questionnaires can be split into more.
Can I give each step a custom title?
Yes. Ask in chat: 'name the first step Contact Info and the second step Project Details'. Each step title appears in the form header and progress bar.
