The deeplink doesn't work

Make sure VS Code 1.99+ is installed. Earlier versions don't support the vscode:mcp/install scheme. Try VS Code Insiders if you're on an older build.

I don't see MCP tools in Copilot Chat

Switch to Agent mode in the Copilot Chat panel (the mode selector is at the top of the input). MCP tools only appear in Agent mode.

VS Code uses https://vscode.dev/redirect as the OAuth callback. Make sure your Brieform account allows this redirect URI.
